Alpha Stage Notice

PuzzleBitz is currently in alpha testing. By using this software, you acknowledge that:

  • Features may be incomplete or change without notice
  • Bugs and unexpected behavior may occur
  • Data loss is possible (we recommend backing up important information)
  • The service may experience downtime without warning

We appreciate your patience and feedback during this early stage!

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuzzleBitz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PuzzleBitz is a self-hosted task management application designed with ADHD-friendly features. The Service is provided "as is" during the alpha testing period.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • One account per person - do not share account access
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Upload malicious content or files
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored on a self-hosted server. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

  • PuzzleBitz software remains the property of its developers
  • Content you create (tasks, notes, etc.) belongs to you
  • You grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SERVICE.

During the alpha period, we especially cannot guarantee: - Data preservation - Service availability - Feature stability

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
